The Villa

The house is 200 sqm divided into 2 levels highlighting its Victorian style. On the ground floor there’s an openspace floor plan with a large and fully furnished kitchen, dining room table, spacious living room with 2 sofas and 50” smart TV, bathroom and laundry room.  On the same level there’s second floor access by an Italian marble stairway in the main entrance’s large foyer. Upstairs there’s a classic style Master bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a third bedroom with a full size bed as well as a balcony with a distant sea view, a spacious bathroom with a shower.  The large outdoor space offers a covered furnished al fresco dining and grilling area, an additional outdoor bathroom and shower, a pool area with sunbeds and a large garden full of Mediterranean plants, trees and a stone pond. This property is recommended for guests looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation in a cozy environment.
